Responsibilities
- Providing legal advisory to the Management and business operation
- Monitoring new laws and analysing effects to business operation by Providing executive report to Management level
- Following up the corrective and preventive status from operation department relating to new law effect and report to the management
- Collecting, implementing and Managing legal compliance programs
- Conducting legal compliance Monitoring and audit
- Other work works as assigned
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in Law
- At least 6 years working experience in legal and compliance field
- Conversational high or business level (to Communicate with overseas group company, review contract)
- Holding a Lawyer license or Certificate of Thai Bar
- Excellent analytical, research and communication skills
- Be a fast learner with strong working ethics
- Able to work in Team or individual and complete assignment within deadline
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Working Experience with Japanese companies are preferable
- TOEIC 750 up
