Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Engineering Team for new automotive models.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients/suppliers in China, Japan, Europe, USA, and India.
- Develop, implement, and Maintain Quality strategies and standards for new product introductions.
- Ensure compliance with automotive Quality requirements and customer specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and Team performance.
- Manage Quality-related issues across the product lifecycle, from design to launch.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related field).
- At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineering Manager in the automotive industry.
- Experience with Automotive Quality Standards (IATF 16949, PPAP, Control Plan)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proven Ability to manage and Lead cross-functional teams.
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience working with international clients (China, Japan, Europe, USA, India).

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday, Saturday Working: Every other Saturday (08.00-17.00))
