Responsibilities
• Implement QC QA activities in inspecting products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Handling ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Report quality problems to Manager and procedure of quality concern.
• Contact to customer, supplier by phone and email.
• Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained.
• Conduct QC audit and Quality risk analysis at production site.
• Keep KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI.
• Prepare quality document Core Tools.
• Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem.
• Responsible for management and training.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• At least 8 years experience about QA,QC in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 2 years as QA,QC Assistant Manager or higher
• Have working experience about CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
• Have working experience of Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001, QCC, QC7Tool, 5W1H, 8D Report
• Conversational low - middle level of English
• Strong experience in managing subordinates.
• Have working experience as QA,QC in material or chemical company is an advantage
• Conversational middle - high level of Japanese is an advantage (Must have JLPT N3-N1)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: Every other Saturday)
