Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing quality control and assurance procedures across the production process

• Monitoring production activities to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner

• Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess product quality and compliance with industry regulations

• Analyzing quality data and generating reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

• Training and supervising the quality control team to maintain high standards of workmanship

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of quality problems

• Ensuring the company operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies

• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.

• At least 3 years working experience as QAQC in automotive industry.

• At least 1 year experience in managing subordinate as Supervisor or Leader level.

• Must have experience about IATF 16949, ISO 9001.

• Able to read drawing.

• Conversational middle-high level of English. (Interview in English)

• Able to use MS Office.

• Able to attend face to face interview.

• Knowledge about QMR is an advantage.

• Good command in English is an advantage.

• Have strong experience as QA/QC in Press steel parts in Automotive industry is an advantage.

• Work in Japanese Automobiles parts company is an advantage.

• Not job hopper is an advantage.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday working: 2 times per month *Depends on business calendar)
