Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sea freight operations for import and export shipments

• Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution

• Prepare and manage shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and related documents

• Monitor shipment schedules (ETD/ETA) and proactively update customers on status and delays

• Communicate with customers to handle inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain strong relationships

• Manage booking arrangements and ensure space allocation with shipping lines

• Handle and resolve operational issues, delays, and claims in a timely manner

• Coordinate with warehouse, trucking, and customs teams to ensure on-time delivery

• Maintain accurate records in the system and prepare operational reports

• Manage subordinates

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age 35-50 years

• Any Gender

• Bachelor's Degree in any field

• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Operations in freight forwarding / logistics industry

• Hands-on experience in sea freight import/export operations

• Have own car and can drive by yourself

• Have good knowledge Sea Freight shipment which includes Ocean freight, Custom clearance, inland transportation, Export Packing, issuing Form CO, JTEPA will be preferable

• Conversational middle to high level of English will be preferable (can report to JP managers in English)

• Not a job hopper will be preferable

• Good PC skills in English MS Office will be preferable

• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, motivated ,Service mind person , able to work under more pressure will be preferable
