Responsibilities
• Control and inspect accounting preparation for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset account and general accounting in accordance with accounting standards.
• AP 50%, AR 50%
• Control and inspect financial transactions or any accounting activities of the company with financial institutions.
• Update tax accounting laws or other laws related both directly and indirectly to the accounting department.
• Control and check accounting records, Closing of monthly accounts and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial statements, Including preparing details for financial statements, and various accounting reports with the accounting office. To deliver to government agencies and other related agencies.
• Control and inspect raw materials and inventory to be correct and consistent with the accounting records in the accounting system.
• Control and inspect the company's receipts and payments. Accounting recording, disbursement documents and accurate financial reports can be matched effectively.
• Prepare information on operating results, sales, production, and administrative expenses. Including analyzing the causes and factors that affect the operating results both positively and negatively. To provide information for considering ways to improve and solve operational problems.
• Analyze work formats and various accounting documents in order to design work systems and documents that are easy to understand, modern, and time-saving.
• Give suggestions about financial accounting operations that are correct and appropriate for the business or type of business between the company and customers or trading partners.
• Coordinate with auditors or accountant or related agencies.
• Prepare accounting reports or reports or documents summarizing any comparisons for further reporting. Internal and external departments and report to supervisors.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor Degree in accounting field or related field
• At least 5 years experience as Accounting in manufacturing company.
• At least 2 years managements experience to control subordinate.
• Have basic knowledge in accounting and taxation (Import - export)
• Conversational middle-high level in English. (Need to communicate with Vietnam team and interview with Japanese Management)
• Detail oriented person and familiar with documentation and Calculation (good at number).
• Internal Audit Experience will be preferable.
• CPD,CPA, CMA or CIA certificate will be advantage

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 Mon-Fri (Saturday 1 days/month)
