Responsibilities
- Provide on-site installation and commissioning of electrical products.
- Perform hands-on Troubleshooting, service, and repairs on-site.
- Conduct on-site training for customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Handle office tasks and Support documentation such as PR, PO, quotations, etc.
- Develop technical service documentation.
- Onsite Visit in Tthailand and oversea (ASEAN)
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Service Engineer (Electrical Product such as Electronic Part (PCB), Electrical Component, Cast Resin Transformers/CRT, high voltage)
- Willing and Able to travel domestically and overseas.
- Available to work on holidays if required.
- Conversational middle or high in English (for Communicate with customer and report line)
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Pathum Thani Industrial area
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Monday to Friday <Saturday Working: according to company's calendar >
