Responsibilities
- Short-Term (Main Priority)
- Manage a large-scale ERP migration project for group company (9 companies)
- Project value: 27.0 M THB
- Develop WBS (work Breakdown Structure)
- Manage progress: plan vs. actual
- Coordinate resources among our IS Team, external development vendors, and users
- Maintain strong relationships with users
- Make Project decisions and provide directions on behalf of the supervisor
- Identify potential risks and propose cost-reduction strategies
- Visit Affiliated company to Make sure the Implement process are running smooth (Comapny car and driver provided)
- Long-Term
- Initially, focus solely on Managing the ERP migration project.
- After project completion:
- Manage the IS(Information Systems) application team under the direction of IS GM (Thai).
- Expected to be a Long-Term successor
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience as a System Engineer
- Understand and have experiences in Implementation & Rollout Dynamics 365 or others ERP program such as SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Salesforce
- PMP (Project Management professional) certification IS mandatory
- Conversational High level of English, English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above (to communicate with report line and Japanese vendor)
