Responsibilities
- Verify local & overseas purchases against the annual plan
- Review and summarize expenses for payment cycles
- Check export Sales invoices and revenue adjustments
- Handle Deferred VAT & output tax records
- Prepare and submit VAT reports (PP.20) and related documents
- Prepare quarterly consolidation reports
- Support annual disclosure reports
- Coordinate with auditors and Prepare Draft Financial statements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in accounting related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting in a manufacturing company
- Have hands-on Experience in AP/AR, Expense verification, VAT (PP.20), and tax filing
- Have Experience in accounting and Financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft office
- Conversational high level (contact with internal and meeting with the Japanese Headquarters)
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Proficiency in SAP (accounting module)
- Have Experience in Automotive manufacturing
- Experience in audit Support and preparing Financial statements
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Ban Mo, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
