Responsibilities
• Interpret between Japanese and Thai staff in the production line and back office daily operations.
• Translate documents such as work instructions, manuals, and reports.
• Support communication between Japanese management and Thai employees.
• Assist in production meetings, quality discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide support for administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• At least 2 years of working experience as an interpreter production & back office in manufacturing.
• Conversation low-middle level in English.
• Conversation high - business level in Japanese. (N3-N1)
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate (Phase 1) Si Racha District, Chon Buri
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 Monday - Friday (Saturday Working: Every other Saturday )
