Responsibilities
• Manage import and export documentation and customs procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchasing and procurement needs.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations for import/export and purchasing.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and supplier communications.
• Support cross-functional teams in procurement-related inquiries and coordination.
• Other tasks might be assigned
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years experience in Import/Export or Purchasing
• Having experience in handling import/export documentation and customs procedures
• Conversational high level of English (to communicate and report to JP manager)
• Experience in trading of everyday goods industries will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate Sriracha Chonburi
