Responsibilities
- Control and supervise all activities related to precast concrete element production and installation
- Review construction drawings and Prepare shop drawings for production activities
- Estimate costs and timelines for production activities and occasionally for site work
- To ensure compliance with the company's standards regarding quality, safety, schedule, and cost
- Control subcontractors at the installation site
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 1 year of Experience in precast concrete element production and installation
- Fresh Graduates in Civil Engineering with an internship in precast concrete
- Conversational high level in English
(Communicate with Japanese Management, emails, reports, and documents)
- Good communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Able to travel and work at the client's site location
- Knowledge of 2D drawing, such as AutoCAD
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in construction
