Responsibilities
- Provide trial environments to prospective customers acquired by the sales team.
- Support customers in achieving their goals after the trial is provided.
- Join sales in large meetings and negotiate directly with customers when necessary.
- Provide inbound Support, including basic installation of fingerprint and face scanners.
- Provide outbound Support, working closely with customers to help them achieve their goals.
- Test company's products, such as mobile applications and payroll systems.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, age 23 - 27 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year in the Customer Support field *Fresh graduate must have part-time job experience in the Customer Support/Customer Service field.
- Conversational Middle level of English
- Like to think, decide, and take action on your own
- Can move forward without waiting for detailed instructions
- Enjoy working in a small, fast-paced team
- Comfortable with challenges and ambiguity
- Have service-minded attitude with a passion for customer Support
- Ready for challenges, Willing to learn, and Eager to improve
