Responsibilities
1. Import-Export Operations
- Coordinate weekend shipments and monitor delivery schedules
- Handle import and export customs clearance for both air and sea freight
- Manage shipping documentation, including Invoice (INV), Packing List (PL), shipping Instruction (SI), and customs declaration forms (ใบขน)
- Verify import duties and HS Codes to ensure customs compliance
- Submit import permits through relevant government systems and authorities, such as NSW, Weights & measures, DG-Net, and วอ.อก.6
- Coordinate courier shipments and documentation with FedEx and DHL
- Arrange inland transportation and delivery schedules
- Prepare shipping cost estimations and logistics quotations
- Coordinate retail price notifications for batteries and oils with the Excise Department
- Communicate and coordinate with staff regarding import-export matters
- Handle export/import licenses and related applications when required
2. Sales Support
- Prepare and maintain product price lists
- Create price list summary reports and sales-related documentation
- Support customers through various online systems, including:
Quotation submission
- Purchase Order (P/O) download
- Customer surveys
- Updating company information in customer systems
- Support company exhibitions and events
- Manage and update company diary and Facebook page content
- Prepare work permit documentation for supervisors/visitors (BT34, BT36)
- Coordinate with Canon for printer Maintenance and Inspection
- Support showroom Management and customer visits
- Participate in TMM meetings and provide administrative Support
3. Interpreter & Translator Support
- Provide interpretation Support for both on-site and online meetings
- Support internal office communication between Thai and Japanese staff
- Assist in specification confirmation meetings and technical discussions
- Translate business documents and communication as assigned
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales support functions.
- Conversation High in Japanese (Able to use Japanese for work , Interpreter, document, Email /N2 above)
- Conversation Middle or high in English (for document, and accept phone call from international client)
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Responsible, detail-Oriented, and Able to work well in a team
- Able to coordinate with internal and overseas teams
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and a willingness to Support others
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational
