Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mass operations and back-office positions
Handle high-volume hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and timeline
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans and recruitment requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, online recruitment platforms, referrals, and networking channels
Develop and execute online recruitment campaigns and social recruiting strategies
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, university activities, career events, and recruitment roadshows
Build partnerships with universities and external organizations, including MOU collaboration projects
Conduct resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
Promote employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment activities
Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey while creating a positive candidate experience and building candidate confidence/self-esteem during the interview process
Monitor recruitment pipeline, hiring progress, and recruitment reports
Support onboarding coordination and recruitment administration

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Strong experience in mass recruitment, back-office hiring, and online sourcing
Experience in job fair coordination, university partnerships, or MOU projects is preferred
Familiar with social media recruitment and employer branding activities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Positive mindset with strong people engagement skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Good command of Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in corporate, operations, or retail recruitment
Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
Creative mindset in recruitment marketing and social engagement
