Partner with Business Owners to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI capabilities while tracking key efficiency metrics such as AHT (Average Handle Time) reduction and FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) savings.

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML-based solutions, leveraging Intelligent Workflows and Document AI to automate manual tasks and elevate operational efficiency.

Construct robust, secure, and high-availability backend services, ensuring seamless system stability and integration.

Act as the technical bridge, coordinating with Frontend, Backend, Marketing, Customer Service (CS) teams, and external partners to deliver seamless, high-impact AI experiences.

Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture for AI/LLM models to ensure they align perfectly with specific business contexts and tone of voice.

Design and oversee data preprocessing, cleaning, and labeling pipelines to curate high-quality datasets for model training and validation.

Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to continuously test, benchmark, and optimize model performance, minimizing hallucinations and maximizing accuracy.

Develop and maintain a dynamic AI Knowledge Base, ensuring the models stay updated with the latest product updates, internal policies, and CS support documentation.
