• วางแผนและบริหารจัดการการสรรหาและว่าจ้างพนักงานประจำสาขา ทั่วพื้นที่ภาคกลางและตะวันตก และภาคอีสาน ครอบคลุมทั้งออฟไลน์และออนไลน์
• ออกแบบและพัฒนาช่องทางการสรรหา เพื่อเข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายในพื้นที่ เพื่อรองรับการสรรหาตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด รวมถึงสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อจัดหรือเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการสรรหา
• จัดหาเครื่องมือในการทดสอบและหรือประเมินความรู้ ความสามารถของผู้สมัคร
• เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการสรรหา ในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• มีประสบการณ์ตรงในงาน Mass Recruitment อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจสินเชื่อ การเงินการธนาคาร และประกันภัย รวมถึงมีความชำนาญในพื้นที่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
