Responsibilities
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct comprehensive system testing for various applications used by branches to ensure they meet business requirements before deployment.
- Project & Operational Support: Provide support for Product Loan projects, including responding to inquiries via email and providing troubleshooting guidance to branch staff.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks for branches.
- Documentation & Training: Create user manuals and technical documentation. Conduct training sessions for branch staff and other relevant units to ensure proficient system usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of working experience. Direct experience in System Support or the Credit/Lending industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer literacy and office software.
- Soft Skills: * Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure or face-to-face situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving job scopes in the future.
