1. Portfolio & Business Growth Management
Managed and expanded the business portfolio of motorcycle dealers nationwide, achieving consistent double-digit annual growth.
Designed and implemented marketing strategies to strengthen customer base and ensure sustainable business performance.
2. Channel & Credit Quality Oversight
Oversaw sales targets and portfolio performance of the motorcycle dealer channel, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Maintained high credit quality standards through regular performance reviews and dealer capability assessments.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participated in regular business reviews with regional managers and relevant departments to address operational challenges and align strategic goals.
4. Team Leadership & Partner Relationship Management
Built and developed a high-performing business development team capable of maintaining long-term dealer relationships.
Mentored and coached team members to strengthen negotiation, portfolio analysis, and relationship management skills.
5. Dealer Engagement & Field Visits
Conducted regular dealer visits to assess business performance, identify issues, and gather feedback for product and service improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
  2. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Relationship Management team lead or Sales team lead within financial services
  3. Prior experience in team leadership, or as a Senior RM / Acting Team Lead
  4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  5. Strong understanding of sales funnel and pipeline management
  6. Good analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
