1. ดูแลการสอนงานให้กับพนักงานใหม่ที่สาขาฝึกปฏิบัติงานตัวอย่าง โดยเน้นการปฏิบัติงานจริงทั้งการขาย การบริหาร การให้ระบบ และให้บริการลูกค้า

1. มีประสบการณ์ในงานขายอย่างเป็นมืออาชีพ อย่างน้อย 1 ปี 2. มีทักษะการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และเข้าใจพฤติกรรมลูกค้า
3. มีวิธีการสอน ถ่ายทอดงาน ให้ feedback และปรับวิธีสอนให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนได้
4. หากเคยมีประสบการณ์ในการให้คำแนะนำ หรืออบรมพนักงานสาขาจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5. สามารถทำงาน 6วัน ต่อสัปดาห์ได้
