Responsibilities
- Oversee team performance and ensure full alignment with project requirements and company policies.
- Manage and oversee branch design and decoration projects to align with business plans; ensure projects are completed within the designated timeline.
- Develop and control branch design standards and layouts to ensure they comply with service requirements and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and control costs related to branch decoration projects.
- Select, supervise, and evaluate the performance of designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments, manage the team, and report operational results to executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in construction project management, branch fit-out, or commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
- Proven track record in Contractor Management and handling Multiple Project Management simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction, MEP systems, interior fit-out, and signage, with the ability to read drawings, verify BOQ, and manage budgets, contracts, and warranties.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, highly proficient in MS Office (AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus), and able to travel up to provinces for site inspections.
