เจ้าหน้าที่งานฝึกอบรมและบริหารงานขายสาขา (CSO Coach) - บริษัท เงินติดล้อ จำกัด (มหาชน)

1.        รับผิดชอบงานขายของสาขาให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด พร้อมเป็นแบบอย่างการปฏิบัติงานจริงหน้างานให้กับพนักงานสาขา

2.       ดูแลการสอนงานให้กับพนักงานสาขาเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการปฏิบัติงาน โดยมุ่งเน้นวิธีการปฏิบัติงานจริงให้สามารถนำเสนอการขาย ระบบ การรับมือ แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ให้กับลูกค้าหน้างานได้

3.       ถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์สู่การบริหารงานจริง รวมถึงการถ่ายทอดเทคนิคและแนวทางในการจัดการและบริการลูกค้า

4.       สามารถให้ข้อเสนอแนะหรือคำแนะนำที่ได้จากหน้างาน มาปรับเป็นเนื้อหาหรือกิจกรรมในการพัฒนาพนักงานสาขาได้

5.       ประเมินการทำงานของพนักงานและให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติงาน

1.        มีประสบการณ์ในงานขายอย่างเป็นมืออาชีพ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี

2.       มีทักษะการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และเข้าใจพฤติกรรมลูกค้า

3.       มีวิธีการสอน ถ่ายทอดงาน ให้ feedback และปรับวิธีสอนให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนได้

4.       หากเคยมีประสบการณ์ในการให้คำแนะนำ หรืออบรมพนักงานสาขาจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

5.       สามารถลงสาขาตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และปฏิบัติงานในวันเสาร์ได้
