Responsibilities
1. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Operational Risk Management Framework.
2. Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and oversee loss event data collection and reporting.
3. Oversee business continuity planning (BCP) and incident response processes.
4. Engage with regulators, auditors, and senior management, ensuring transparent reporting of risk exposures.
5. Drive risk awareness and training programs to strengthen the organization's risk culture.

2. Strong communication and influencing skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders.
