Operational Risk Manager - บริษัท เงินติดล้อ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Conduct and coordinate the annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) assessment across all functions, ensuring adequate coverage of SOPs, incidents, fraud trends, and emerging business risks.

Develop, monitor, and report Operational Risk Indicators, including incident reporting, departmental KRIs, and company-wide KRIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Analyze operational risk events, incidents, and KRI trends to identify root causes, assess risk impacts, and recommend preventive and corrective actions to mitigate future occurrences.

Identify operational risks arising from business processes, SOPs, new initiatives (NPI), outsourcing arrangements, and organizational changes, providing risk advisory and recommending appropriate controls and mitigation measures.

Review and assess company SOPs within the established turnaround time to ensure alignment with operational risk management standards, internal controls, and regulatory expectations.

Maintain and oversee the company's outsourcing register, ensuring outsourced activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of operational risk controls, accurate risk data, and continuous improvement of the operational risk management framework.

Prepare and present regular operational risk reports, key findings, and remediation progress to management and relevant stakeholders.
