Responsibilities

• Build a relation with clients and Service Technician and become a point of contact for Customer/ Sales inquiries.
• Coordinate (phone/ emails) with Service technicians, Logistics teams, and Sales to ensure the right delivery, installation, and confirmation to customers for the quotation and customer contract.
• Ensure resolution to customer requests for any queries on Quotations/Purchase Orders/ Contracts corrections.
• Archival of the right set of documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
• Team Collaboration
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและช่างบริการ (Service Technician) รวมถึงทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประสานงานหลักสำหรับข้อสอบถามจากลูกค้าและฝ่ายขาย
• ประสานงานทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมลกับช่างบริการ ฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์ และฝ่ายขาย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการจัดส่ง การติดตั้ง และการยืนยันรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ กับลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง รวมถึงการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับใบเสนอราคาและสัญญากับลูกค้า
• ดำเนินการและติดตามคำขอของลูกค้า รวมถึงแก้ไขข้อสงสัยหรือปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ใบเสนอราคา (Quotation) / ใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) / สัญญา (Contract)
• จัดเก็บและจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง เพื่อรองรับการตรวจสอบ (Audit) และการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
• การติดต่อและให้บริการลูกค้า: รับเรื่องสอบถามจากลูกค้า ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการ
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น

ดูแลและติดตามงานเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้แก่ลูกค้า

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Able to work under pressure
• Shows a desire to continuously learn and develop
• High level of computer literacy including Microsoft 365 application, SFDC and ERP/CRM (SAP preferred)
• Good coordination and follow-up skills with suppliers and internal teams
• Good written and spoken Thai; workable English for supplier and regional communication

• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบริหารจัดการสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
• มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับดี สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft 365, SFDC และระบบ ERP/CRM ได้ หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการประสานงานและติดตามงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และทีมงานภายในองค์กรได้ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน และสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการติดต่อประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และทีมงานในต่างประเทศได้ ในระดับที่สามารถทำงานได้
