Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities for direct materials, indirect materials, office supplies, and new model requirements in line with SAP and company requirements, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle sourcing, price comparison, and supplier negotiation to achieve cost reduction and cost saving in both purchasing and logistics functions.
- Oversee logistics operations, including import and export processes, to ensure timely and smooth execution.
- Coordinate with external parties such as suppliers, customers, Customs, IEAT, shipping/logistic agents, forwarders, and relevant agencies in compliance with government regulations and company requirements
- Control inventory stock and ensure material readiness with accurate data to support planning and operations.
- Resolve operational issues and drive improvements in purchasing and logistics activities in line with company targets.
- Coordinate and support internal departments as well as HQ in Germany (KB Roller Tech).
- Lead and supervise the team to support all assigned requirements and related tasks.
Job Highlights.
1. Working 5 days/week (Monday – Friday).
2. Salary: Negotiable.
3. Factory located in Ayutthaya Province.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality.
- Male/Female.
- Age 27-35 years.
- Bachelor degree in any related fields.
- Experience 3-5 years in manufacturing, engineering and procurement are preferred.
- Fair verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Fair personal computers, especially Microsoft Office and SAP
- Experience in purchasing will be an advantage.
- New graduate are welcome.
