• Control the production to meet the schedule, Solve and prevent problems caused by the production and coordination with the relevant department to department policies and monitoring plan to achieve the goals of the department.

Duties&Responsibility

    1. Control the work of subordinates in line and information any problems to operators meetings

    2. Control the production to meet the goals of both quality and quantity to meet the production plan and meet the needs of customers. If a problem occurs, report it to your supervisor and the relevant authorities have been informed.

    3. Prepare material sufficient to production Line and check balance of q'ty by each of material.

    4. monitoring quality problems in the process and improvement processes continuously.

    5. Prepare monthly production report and summary detect

    6. Implementing and monitoring the delivery to shipping following production plan

    7. Check and monitoring of equipment, tools and machines to work in conditions that are available and contact with the relevant department in the event of a problem with the equipment and machinery and includes maintenance.

    8. Meeting to provide advice and training to subordinates and improve systems and procedures to be more efficient.

    9. Liaise with relevant departments to jointly analyze the defensive tackle.

    10. Communicate company policies to subordinate and monitoring the performance of operator in accordance with policies to achieve the objectives and targets set

    11. Assessment activities within the department and review the environmental update

    12. Report to the supervisor when problems in the department.

    13. Perform other duties as assigned

- Male or Female
- Age 22 – 26 years old.
- Bachelor Degree of Production Technology , Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- Experience 0-3 years of Production Contral ,Manufacturing .
- Knowledge of SPC , Six pack (Control plan,FMEA,PPAP,etc and ISO/TS 16949.
- Good command of English skill and computer skills (Ms.Office).
