Sales Team Leader - บริษัท โพสโค โค้ทเต้ด สตีล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Develop sales growth and execute sales strategies for our products in the global markets.

• Identify opportunities and establish strategic plans through market research and analysis.

• Collaborate with the global traders to get new inquiry or to communicate with customer.

• Maximize team performance through training and development of team members.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, analyze trends, and proactively implement strategies to improve results.

• Analyze competitors and market trends to formulate strategic responses.

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Economics, Marketing is a plus)

• Work experience of sales related field (steel business is a plus)

• Language skills: Fluent in English (Korean, Japanese, Chinese will have more advantages)

• Good computer skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

• Need ability to understand and analyze overseas market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

• The ability to negotiate favorable terms with overseas buyers.

• Good interpersonal communication skills, positive sttitude and good interpersonal relationship

• Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through

• Proactive communicator and fast learner

• Strong sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

• Good analytical thinking with the ability to turn insights into action.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, comfortable working under tight deadlines.
