Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all IT operations, including software development, server and network administration, to support business operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Establish policies, standards, and guidelines for the organization’s network infrastructure.
- Plan, manage, and oversee software and application development processes.
- Manage ERP systems, such as Lawson M3, to ensure system efficiency, reliability, and effective utilization.
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT team.
- Provide technical consultation and make decisions on resolving technical issues both within and outside the organization.
- Develop, design, maintain, and troubleshoot applications on the Android platform.
Qualifications
- Male, aged 35–40 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in IT management.
- At least 3–5 years of direct experience managing an IT team.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and VB.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with ERP systems, particularly Lawson M3.
- Knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in the Consumer Products / FMCG industry is a plus.
