Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts within Hypermarket and Supermarket channels to achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for the Modern Trade channel.
- Analyze sales data, promotional effectiveness, and trade performance to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee timely new product listings, phase-in, and phase-out processes.
- Coordinate with the merchandiser team to ensure effective implementation of activities at the store level.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, conduct store visits, and resolve business challenges.
Qualifications
- Male or female.
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of working experience in sales management, specifically within the FMCG business in the Modern Trade channel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient analytical and presentation skills.
