Responsibilities
- Manage assigned product lifecycle to achieve sales and A&P spending targets.
- Develop and execute marketing communications and activations (ATL & BTL) to increase sales and brand/product awareness.
- Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Plan and conduct market research to gather consumer insights.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments (e.g., Sales, Promotion, R&D, IT, Logistics, Finance, and Accounting) to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
- Conduct occasional market visits in both Bangkok and rural areas.
Qualifications
- Age between 25 – 30 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand or product management.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proactive and analytical thinking abilities.
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the FMCG business is a plus.
