Responsibilities
1. Local Content & Supplier Management:
- Manage Local Content compliance, including supplier audits and tax incentive tracking.
- Assess supplier performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and financial performance).
- Support KAIZEN and ESG/Sustainability activities.
2. Purchasing & Business Planning:
- Review Purchase Agreements and support basic supplier negotiations.
- Monitor cost movements and support price adjustments based on raw material and energy cost changes.
- Support annual business planning and budget control.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
- Coordinate with group companies and cross-functional teams, including Finance, Engineering, and Legal.
- Support departmental planning, workflow improvements, and risk assessments.
- Prepare management reports and presentations, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Qualifications
1. Gender: Male or Female
2. Age: 21–22 years old
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
4. Professional Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Language Skills: Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
6. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is an advantage.
7. Other Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills. Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
