Responsibilities
- Review processes, products, and customer requirements to define supporting projects and processes.
- Serve as the site gatekeeper for new product development.
- Lead trials, process analysis, and process benchmarking to drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Manage projects related to turn-around, energy efficiency improvement, debottlenecking, and capacity expansion.
- Ensure process and engineering controls comply with EHS and Quality Standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external engineering groups, vendors, and subject matter experts for process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain routine mass balance, process flow, and P&ID documentation.
- Review data collection to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Lead key CAPEX projects.
- Consolidate CAPEX and cost-saving initiatives.
- Review and update the maturity level of 5S, Dust Management, and Ritual of Management (Routine Meeting).
- Act as the energy responsible person and lead the energy committee to complete routine meetings, energy-saving projects, and yearly energy reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related function.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Lean Six Sigma background is a plus.
- Ability to work 6 days per week at the Ranong site (Southern Thailand).
