Responsibilities

Product & Technical Support

Prepare and maintain product specifications and technical documentation
Support documentation and requirements for E-Bidding processes
Coordinate and support FDA registration, GDPMD and regulatory documentation for medical devices
Participate in project inspection and product implementation
Update internal teams on new product information and product updates
Conduct product training for new staff and internal teams

Sales & Business Support

Prepare quotations and related sales documentation
Develop product presentations for internal teams and customers
Handle inbound inquiries related to products and solutions
Manage and update product catalogs and marketing materials
Support company events, exhibitions, and workshops
Contribute content and updates for company social media platforms
Prepare official letters and formal business documents

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Radiological Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare industry, clinical support, or healthcare sales preferred.
Understanding of hospital environment, clinical workflow, or medical equipment is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
Customer-focused mindset and service orientation.
Ability to travel upcountry occasionally.
