Export Admin Officer - บริษัท อาหารสากล จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Lead and support the Export strategies, seek taxes and customs duty improvement, as well as freight cost reduction.
• Responsible for preparation and inspection of Export Entry, as well as the compliance of regulations such as Country of Origin, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and applicable FTA Forms.
• Coordinate with packing company, develop new design upon sales and customer request.
• Coordinate with related parties both internal and external on export related activities.
• Performing order entry in the system including entering the sales order.
• Coordinate with sales team, shipping agent, warehouse for customs clearance, billing and other related jobs.
• Do other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, Industrial Management or other related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in export field.

• Experience and knowledge of using SAP, MS Office suites and Outlook is required.
• Able to initiate ideas and develop the working procedure effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai.
• Ability to work independently and a good team player with pro-active attitude - Administrative, record-keeping with attention to details.
• Strong problem-solving skill and with ability to work under pressure and multitask jobs.
• Background in the food industry is highly preferred.
