DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER - Coca Holding International Co., Ltd./ บริษัท โคคาโฮลดิ้งอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (Target and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, particularly for the restaurant and food business.

• Experience in E-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

• Previous experience in a similar Digital Marketing role, preferably within the restaurant, food, hospitality, or F&B industry.

• Experience developing online marketing campaigns to increase restaurant awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

• Good understanding of social media platforms and online channels for promoting restaurants, menus, promotions, and special events.

• Creative, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Experience in the Food & Beverage or Restaurant Industry will be an advantage.
