Responsibilities
- Monitor and control material readiness in line with production plans
- Coordinate closely with Production Planning, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams
- Prevent material shortages during ramp-up and mass production stages
- Perform inventory control, stock verification, and material reconciliation
- Prepare and present material status reports to management
- Handle urgent material issues and drive corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years direct experience in Material Control or Inventory Control in manufacturing environment
- Experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing is preferred
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, data analysis, basic reporting)
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Chinese communication skill is an advantage
