Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and debug FCT software programs using C++, C#, VB.NET, Python, or LabVIEW.
- Interface with test instruments and equipment via GPIB, RS232, TCP/IP, or USB communication protocols.
- Design and implement test sequences, automated decision logic, and test result logging systems.
- Integrate FCT systems with MES, SQL databases, and yield monitoring dashboards.
- Perform test correlation, system calibration, and software version control management.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective logic to improve test accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, test engineers, and automation teams to support production improvements.
- Maintain documentation for software programs, test procedures, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with programming languages such as C++, C#, VB.NET, Python, or LabVIEW.
- Basic knowledge of hardware communication protocols (e.g., GPIB, RS232, TCP/IP, USB).
- Understanding of SQL databases and data logging concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (0–3 years' experience).
- Knowledge of electronics testing or manufacturing environments is a plus.
