Responsibilities
- ดูแลระบบงาน HR ทั้งหมด (สรรหา, เอกสารพนักงาน, เวลาทำงาน, สวัสดิการเบื้องต้น)
- งานธุรการและเอกสารทั่วไปของโครงการกาแฟ
- ประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ / ผู้บริหาร
- ดูแลงาน General Affairs ภายในสวนกาแฟ
- สนับสนุนงานบริหารอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดูแลเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้า-ส่งออก
- เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับราชการ
- ดูและงานบัญชี รายรับ-รายจ่าย
- นำเข้า-ส่งออก
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR / Admin / General Affairs อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ไม่กังวลและสามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมฟาร์ม / สวนเกษตรได้
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน และสามารถดูแลงานได้หลากหลาย
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือลาวได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
