Responsibilities
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่ลูกค้าในประเด็นต่างๆ ทั้งกฎหมายแพ่ง พาณิชย์ และกฎหมายเฉพาะ
- จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขสัญญา ข้อตกลง และเอกสารทางกฎหมายต่างๆ
- ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และสรุปข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ ทนายความภายนอก หรือคู่กรณีในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคดีความ
- จัดการและให้คำแนะนำในการแก้ไขข้อพิพาททางกฎหมายเบื้องต้น
- จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอข้อมูลทางกฎหมายที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีนิติศาสตรบัณฑิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมาย 1-5 ปี จากสำนักงานกฎหมายหรือที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย
- มีความเข้าใจในกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ รวมถึงกฎหมายเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจ
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และตีความข้อกฎหมายได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและนำเสนอประเด็นทางกฎหมายได้อย่างชัดเจน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการจัดทำเอกสารทางกฎหมาย
