Responsibilities
1.Plan and develop procurement strategies for materials, equipment, and automotive components in line with the production plan and the company’s objectives.
2.Evaluate and select high-quality suppliers that can effectively meet the demands of the industry.
3.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and purchase contracts to maximize benefits for the company.
4.Control and manage inventory to achieve optimal efficiency while reducing the risk of shortages or overstock.
5.Monitor and track the progress of deliveries to ensure they meet scheduled deadlines and quality standards.
6.Coordinate with the production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure procurement aligns with product requirements and standards.
7.Analyze the market and monitor trends in prices and materials to identify opportunities for cost reduction and enhanced procurement efficiency.
8.Prepare reports and analyze procurement performance to provide management with the necessary information for decision-making.
9.Oversee and develop the procurement team to ensure they possess the appropriate knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
10.Ensure strict adherence to policies, regulations, and laws related to procurement in the automotive industry.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
2.Minimum age of 30 years.
3.Strong English communication skills (TOEIC score must be at least 450).
4.At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
5.Knowledge and experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949 standards.
6.Experience in an automotive parts manufacturing plant (candidates with direct experience in automotive parts production will be given special consideration).
