1. Tracking and close monitor KPI (LTP, TAT, Reminder, Cancel , MOT, DSI, CSI, 24Hrs.) and report daily to all SCs partner.

2. Advantage Excel Skill, Power Point , Logical thinking process.

3. Support ad hoc project sales team as company strategy report.

4. Follow up and control the existing ASCs performance to improve service quality (KPI) to meet HAT target.

5. Updating Evaluation SCs monthly, Weekly report SCs, and support all data to participants department.
