Responsibilities
- Getting the completed specification / Inspect the correctness of goods, materials, spare parts from the requester to ensure the requisition is matched with the user requirement.
- Sourcing for the required parts and service from local and oversea supplier with competitive price and good qualication.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Analyze price comparison, reasonable price adjustment, supplier selection and risk management.
- Evaluate/analyze the possibility impact, relating situation, technology change, supply ability and any constraints to be impact on procurement.
- Issuing the purchase order.
- To ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
- To deal with claim in case of parts defect or failure.
- Evaluate suppliers as per ISO procedure.
- Another jobs assignment by Procurement Section Head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing field (experince in Machinery and Spare Parts will be a plus)
- Good English in both writing and speaking.
- Strong interpersonal skill and negotiation.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Good in MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Knowledge in Import/Export is preferred.
