Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in science or chemical science or MBA, cosmetic science is preferable

- Experience minimum 10-15 years in personal care industry(chemical)

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills

- Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/competitors/customers

- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English ,both written and spoken

- Proficiencies in office productivity tools(e.g. word, excel, power point )

- Takes a broad view, sees ahead and translates strategy into action
