Responsibilities
ขอบเขต หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Primary Responsibilities)
1. Business Intelligence
-Market Analysis
-Performance data
2.การบริหารจัดการโครงการ- Pipeline Management
-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ (เช่น ฝ่ายวิเคราะห์, ฝ่ายการตลาด, ฝ่าย Compliance) follow up งานของฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อสรุปต่อผู้บริหารเพื่อสรุปว่าโครงการ จัดลำดับความสำคัญ (Prioritization): ดูแลคิวงาน (Backlog) ว่าโครงการไหนมีผลกระทบต่อรายได้บริษัทหรือต้องทำตามกฎระเบียบของ กลต. ก่อน-หลัง
3. Business Development มีหน้าที่แสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้า เพิ่มยอดขาย และสร้างการเติบโตที่ยั่งยืน
- ติดตามแผนการดำเนินงาน และการสนับสนุนแก่ทีม Marketing/Sale ในลักษณะ Customer Insights
- วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้า,Feasibility Study ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนเพื่อหาช่องว่างทางการตลาดใหม่ๆออกแบบข้อเสนอหรือ Proposal สำหรับเสนอลูกค้า ที่ดูเป็นมืออาชีพ
- สร้างพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ (Partnership & Alliances): หาพาร์ทเนอร์ใหม่ๆ มาจับมือเพื่อขยายช่องทางจำหน่ายหรือเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้ธุรกิจ
- ติดตามเทรนด์ธุรกิจเพื่อปรับใช้กับโมเดลธุรกิจของบริษัทให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ
4. Coordinate with Fund Manager, legal, Compliance, outside parties,
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate to related teams in-house and other parties to complete the project assigned
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional in English
