Responsibilities
- Planning VDO Content
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
- Write scripts, create storyboards, and plan production schedules.
- Create and produce videos to promote for online marketing.
- Create images, videos, or motion graphics according to the needs of different teams within the organization.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro.
- Apply color grading, sound design, and motion graphics (After Effects) to enhance visual appeal.
- Create content and design infographics to support brand awareness for the brand.
- Design Corporate Premium
- Design and present advertising to promote various products of the brand.
- Capture photos or videos according to the needs of different teams within the organization.
- Support the Marcom team in all forms of work.
- All graphic design as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Experience with mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN) for quick-turnaround social content.
Soft Skills:
- Strong storytelling ability with a "digital-first" mindset.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in video production or digital content creation.
- A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating diverse video styles (interviews, product demos, social ads, etc.).
