Institutional Sales – Electronic Trading - บริษัท หลักทรัพย์ ซีจีเอส อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Responsibilities

• Executive Vice President
• Develop and manage relationships with foreign institutional clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide clients with market updates, trading insights, and guidance on relevant regulatory developments.
• Lead product development initiatives and manage projects to deliver tailored trading solutions that meet clients’ business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and enhance low-latency trading infrastructure and execution solutions.
• Monitor clients’ intraday portfolio risks and trading exposures to ensure effective risk management.
• Conduct preliminary trade surveillance analysis and trade replay to ensure compliance with the regulations and requirements of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure and institutional trading workflows.
• Good knowledge of trading and exchange protocols, such as ITCH and OUCH.
• Familiarity with the regulatory framework of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
• Good understanding of computer networks, trading infrastructure, and low-latency systems.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar languages) are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
