IT Staff - บริษัท กรีน เมทัลส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Install and troubleshoot hardware and software for company computers and systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for the repair and maintenance of computers and peripherals.
• Install and maintain network (LAN), email, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and backup systems.
• Maintain computer registry, user manuals, and related documentation.
• Provide technical advice and resolve basic IT issues for employees.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

• Age 22 years old and above
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Understanding of networking principles
• Knowledge and experience in the usage of computers, networks, software, internet, and CCTV systems
• Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining existing programs for operational readiness
• Knowledge and experience in preparing Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for relevant equipment
• Good communication skills, particularly in speaking and listening
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
