Billing Officer (Customs Clearance/Fright Forwarding Business) - บริษัท โตโยต้า ทูโช โลจิสติกส์ เซอร์วิส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

- Follow up on all import and export customs clearance processes and verify related documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping, proper vendor bill and client invoice processing, and correct profit margin reporting.

- Record and monitor shipment-related expenses through the SAP system.

- Review and verify shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), FTZ forms, Certificates of Origin (C/O), and other relevant documents, while resolving operational issues in coordination with supervisors.

- Coordinate with customers, venders, and internal sections to ensure smooth operations and the timely and accurate issuance of invoices.

- Ensure all customer charges are billed accurately and appropriately and also closely monitor outstanding payments to ensure timely receipt and collection.

- Other jobs assigned by the supervisor.

Work Location (H/O): Asoke-Dindaeng Road, Dindaeng, Bangkok

Working Time: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00

- Male or female

- Thai nationality

- Graduated bachelor's degree of Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

- Experience in logistics, customs brokerage or freight forwarding business would be advantage and we welcome new graduates.

- Good command in English, require TOEIC score (if any).

- Good computer skills (Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel).

- Have good service mind, responsible person, accuracy, good problem-solving skill and positive attitude.
