Responsibilities
- Procurement Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage procurement strategies aligned with project and production needs.
- Supplier Sourcing & Management: Source, evaluate, select, and manage suppliers.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate with engineering and production for specifications and requirements.
- Procurement Execution & Delivery Control: Manage PO, contracts, and supplier delivery schedules.
- Cost Control & Negotiation: Control procurement costs and lead supplier negotiations.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with standards.
- Team Build Up: Demonstrate ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields
- 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain Management
- Strong experience in contract negotiation, cost analysis and budgeting
- Experience in dealing with overseas suppliers, managing international sourcing activities, OEMs coordination
- Professional certificates (CPSM, CSCP, CIPS) are a plus
- Good command in written and spoken in English and requires TOEIC 650
